Tuesdays, 9-10am in the gym
The Seniors Exercise Class typically meets every Tuesday in the gym from 9-10am. These one-hour sessions are designed to meet the needs of active older participants, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, and cognitive function. $5 drop-in fee. Please bring an exercise mat, water, and facial mask. Weights are provided, please bring something to carry them home in (such as a reusable grocery bag). Class is run by Kathie Gebben, CPT, Senior Fitness Specialist, NASM. New participants welcome!
